Welcome to the Art of Living Designer Club, a platform dedicated to interior designers and architects in partnership with our interior design destination mall, Art of Living. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before registering for membership and participating in our rewards program.

• Membership Eligibility and Registration:
  1. Membership in the Art of Living Designer Club is open to interior designers and architects.
  2. Membership is free and can be obtained by filling out the online registration form on our website or through in-mall registration.
  3. By registering, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Rewards and Incentives:
  1. Members of the Art of Living Designer Club are eligible to receive exclusive incentives and discounts based on their performance, subject to the following conditions:
  2. Incentive Tiers: The incentive percentage is determined by the total amount sold by the designer in a given month. The incentive tiers will be shared and updated shortly by email Newsletter and Designers Club Back End.
  3. Discounted Products: In cases where the products purchased by the designer are already discounted by Art of Living tenants, the incentive percentage will be calculated based on the discounted amount.
  4. Incentive Payout: Incentive payouts will occur 15 days after the end of the respective month. The total amount sold by the designer in that month will determine the tier and corresponding incentive percentage.
• Reporting and Verification:
  1. Sales and project values will be verified by Art of Living to ensure accuracy and adherence to these terms and conditions.
  2. Any discrepancies or disputes regarding sales figures or incentives should be reported to Art of Living management within 30 days of the incentive payout date.
• Termination and Modification:
  1. Art of Living reserves the right to modify or terminate the Designer Club Membership and Rewards Program, including these terms and conditions, at any time, with or without notice.
• Privacy and Data Usage:
  1. Member information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of the Designer Club and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  2. By becoming a member, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Art of Living, which you can opt out of at any time.
• Governing Law:
  1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Membership Termination:
  1. Art of Living reserves the right to terminate a designer's membership in the club if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, misuse of incentives, or any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Project Documentation:
  1. Designers are required to maintain accurate records and documentation of projects and sales, including invoices, receipts, and any relevant contracts. These documents may be requested by Art of Living for verification purposes.
• Non-Transferable Incentives:
  1. Incentives earned by a designer are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the registered designer.
• Tax Responsibility:
  1. Designers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties on the incentives received through the program. Art of Living will not be held responsible for any tax liabilities.
• Communication:
  1. By becoming a member, designers consent to receive email communications from Art of Living regarding program updates, promotions, and other relevant information.
• Program Discretion:
  1. Art of Living reserves the right to make exceptions or modifications to these terms and conditions on a case-by-case basis at its discretion, provided such actions are communicated to the affected designer in writing.
• Liability:
  1. Art of Living shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by designers as a result of participating in the Designer Club or the Rewards Program.
• Dispute Resolution:
  1. Any disputes or disagreements arising from the Designer Club or Rewards Program shall be resolved through negotiation and mutual agreement between the designer and Art of Living. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to legal authorities as per applicable laws.
• Entire Agreement:
  1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the designer and Art of Living regarding the Designer Club and Rewards Program, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
• Acceptance of Amendments:
  1. Designers acknowledge that Art of Living may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the program after such amendments implies acceptance of the updated terms.
  2. By registering for the Art of Living Designer Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register for the Designer Club or participate in the Rewards Program.
• Membership Fee Modification:
  1. Art of Living reserves the right to modify the membership fee structure for the Designer Club. In the event of any changes to the membership fees, members will be notified at least two months in advance of the effective date of the new fee structure.
  2. Members will have the option to accept the new fee structure and continue their membership or terminate their membership without penalty if they do not agree with the updated fee.
